Well, it’s finally available. Thanks to all the folks that assisted us with the bug fixes. Now you can download the latest WootAgent. It’s still version 2.5, but with bugs fixed. We fixed the bug where it would hang on Windows XP and removed the use of the Windows Registry. We don’t foresee making any other major edits to WootAgent (unless you guy want us to), so this should be good to go for now. If we do, the auto updater will take care of everything.
We are working on adding some more specific search engines for the Price Checking tab, so look out for that auto update soon.

We are almost done with the fix for the bug we had encountered with WootAgent 2.5. After several hours of testing we are finally happy with the results. Stay tuned for an update on the release.

UPDATE: If you are running Windows XP you will need to Click on the Update.exe file after you extract the zip files and it will work. We are working on this minor bug. It seems there is a discrepancy with the way WootAgent works on Windows XP and Vista. Everything works fine with Vista.
We would like to know if there are any bugs with WootAgent 2.5. We have received one complaint regarding the recent release and would like to know if there are any more cases. We would like to find out if its an isolated case or not. Please post in the comments section if you find any bugs, thanks.
