WootAgent has developed an SMS service that will help keep you notified, especially during Woot-Off’s, of the latest available item on Woot.com. So how do you receive these handy messages? Simply put your 10 digit number (area code + cell number) without dashes, in the box in the top right corner of this page, or any page on the site for that matter.
What’s the catch?
No catch! No hidden fees! Depending on your mobile data plan, your carrier might or might not charge you to receive text messages. If you don’t know what plan you have, you should check with your carrier. Other than what your mobile carrier charges you for text messaging, the service is completely free. As soon as we have your cell phone number you will be added into our SMS program and will begin to receive text messages about new items on Woot. Oh and we promise with a cherry on top not to sell or distribute your numbers to any third parties. Everything is kept private.
